STEP 1

Rinse hair and dispense appropriate amount of WEN for your hair length. Apply through hair, adding a splash of water to help distribute.

STEP 2

Massage thoroughly into you hair and leave in 3-5 minutes.

STEP 3

Rinse your hair completely, until the water runs clear.

STEP 4

Apply a small amount back into your hair as a leave-in conditioner to mid-shaft and ends.

Excellent product

It leaves your hair so soft that you dont need a conditioner because its a cleansing conditioner, of course, but it cleans it well too. When you comb it after washing it untangles very easy. Nice smell too.

Hello Alejandra, We are sorry to hear the WEN cleansing conditioner did not work for you and most often when any customer experiences greasy hair after cleansing, they might not be using the recommended amount of the cleansing conditioner required to get a thorough cleanse. Using less than the recommended amount of pumps for your hair type and length, will leave your hair unclean, and feeling greasy or dirty. This is really common since WEN does not work like ordinary shampoos or conditioners. It encapsulates dirt, grime and oil and then lifts it out of the scalp and hair when rinsing. Since it doesn't lather, it's crucial to use enough to fully saturate the hair from root to ends to ensure a thorough cleanse.
