United StatesI bought the 4 piece set along with a few others to try. This was my first time using Wen products. I have fine, slightly curly hair and the shampoo makes it limp. I was also not fond of the fragrance of the Tea Tree and the Lavender. The Tea Tree actually smells spoiled. The pomegranate has a nice fragrance. I purchased over 180.00 in product and I will try to find a friend to give it to or it will be trash. I would work well for someone that wants a heavy conditioner.
Hello Ona, We are sorry to hear you did not get good results using our WEN cleansing conditioner. For many new users, it will feel like you are using too much at first but using less than the recommended amount will leave your hair unclean, and feeling greasy, heavy and or even dry. This is really common with new users because WEN does not work like ordinary shampoos or conditioners. It encapsulates dirt, grime and oil and then lifts it out of the scalp and hair when rinsing. Since it doesn't lather, it's crucial to use enough to fully saturate the hair from root to ends to ensure a thorough cleanse. Chaz created each formula uniquely with extracts, botanicals and essential oils and as you know, everyone has a different sense of smell and it's so personal when choosing a fragrance. We do have a 30 day return policy if you decide to try one of our products and end up not liking it.
