As a kid growing up in Kansas I idolized 80’s rock bands such as Motley Crue and Guns-n-Roses, not just for their rowdy music but also for their trademark hairstyles. So I’d spend hours in the bathroom using my mom’s hot tools and products in a vain attempt to imitate the iconic looks of Nikki Sixx and Axl Rose, managing only to achieve making a mess of my hair, the bathroom and getting in trouble with my mom.

During my teens and 20’s I was in a rock band of my own and was obsessed with flaunting provocative and edgy hairstyles that I’d look back on in my 30’s and 40’s and ask myself “What in the hell was I thinking?”

And while the styles I rock today may still be questionable I assure my guests that the only questions they’ll get about their crowning glory is “Where’d you get it done? It looks f’ing awesome!”

Having a head of stubborn hair my whole life I understand the power of a good hair day and the defeat of a bad one. Hair is our identity, our signature and an expression of ourselves. So it’s because of this that I go above and beyond for each guest that sits in my chair.

And while I enjoy doing contemporary cuts and colors I really love doing styles with attitude and edge like Pixies, Mullets, Shags, Mohawks and Wolf cuts.

So whether you’re looking for a trim or a transformation, I invite you to have a seat in my chair and together we’ll come up with something that’s aligned with your look and lifestyle that also promotes the health and integrity of your mane. Because I don’t want you to have a good hair day, I want you to have a good hair life.
