United StatesWhile the smell is nice, I’m still on the fence of how I truly like the product itself. The first time my hair felt soft, looked very good. The second time around my hair was lifeless, wouldn’t hold a curl. So the verdict is 50-50
Hi Melinda, We are sorry to hear you did not get good results using our WEN cleansing conditioner the 2nd time. We recommend double checking that you have the recommended amount of pumps for your hair length and texture. WEN does not work like ordinary shampoos or conditioners. It encapsulates dirt, grime and oil and then lifts it out of the scalp and hair when rinsing. Since it doesn't lather, it's crucial to use enough to fully saturate the hair from root to ends to ensure a thorough cleanse.
