Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please keep in mind we are humans and while we do our best to ship as quickly as possible, large order volumes can cause occasional delays in processing and we have no control over delays with carriers.

 

Shipping Methods

We offer several methods of shipping via UPS. Not all methods may be compatible with all orders. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to alter the shipping method chosen in order to deliver the package to its final destination.

No order is guaranteed to ship out the same day it is placed under any circumstance. While we do our best to expedite 2nd Day and Next Day orders, orders received after 12 PM Pacific Time may not be processed until the following business day. Our shipping times are from the time it leaves our facility, not the time we receive the order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@chazdean.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you need an order delivered to a PO Box, please select SurePost as your shipping option. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day services will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In general, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs. Please see our Return Policy page for complete details.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 2 business days at customerservice@chazdean.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Stolen package policy after delivery:

WEN® does not provide replacements, refunds, or credit for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

The seller is responsible for the package until it is successfully delivered to the buyer's address. Once delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.

For added protection, buyers have the option to purchase ShipInSure coverage when placing an order to help protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

When placing an order, customers can contact WEN® customer service and request a signature required or to have the package held at their local shipping carrier for pickup.
