We hope you are happy with your WEN purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (less original shipping fees). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. A 20% restocking fee may apply to the items you are returning.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@chazdean.com to initiate your return. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and use the prepaid return label we issue to return the item.
Brush Dryer Styling Tool Warranty
IMPORTANT:
Warranty valid only when appliance is purchased from chazdean.com, Chaz Dean Salons or an authorized Wen® by Chaz Dean retailer. Warranty valid only for the WEN® by Chaz Dean Brush Dryer Styling Tool. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the salon/authorized retailer 's individual exchange or return policy.
LIMITED 12-MONTH WARRANTY:
Our 12-month warranty covers tools within the U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Continental U.S.) and Canada only, and only when purchased from chazdean.com, Chaz Dean Salons or an authorized Wen® by Chaz Dean retailer. The WEN® by Chaz Dean warranty covers the appliance against defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sorry, no refunds will be given.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Damage due to any modifications to the appliance, normal wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to, housing or barrel scratches, and shorts or cuts in the power supply cord or plug
Damage due to misuse and abuse such as:
- Dropping
- Wrong voltage supply
- Neglecting safety precautions
- Damage due to tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party
- Neglect or lack of proper maintenance
- Damage to the cord. Please do not wrap the cord around the tool, as it can result in the cord breaking.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IMPROPER USE OR MAINTENANCE OF YOUR APPLIANCE CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING GREAT BODILY HARM. IT IS IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN VOID THIS WARRANTY. WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 12 MONTHS
Exchange of defective appliance is at WEN® by Chaz Dean discretion. If your WEN® by Chaz Dean appliance fails to operate properly within the first 12 months of purchase, consumers can return the tool by contacting Wen® by Chaz Dean Customer Service Department, 1-888-670-3756 or email us at customerservice@chazdean.com for further instructions. For replacement of appliance under warranty, there is a $10.00
(USD) fee payable to WEN® by Chaz Dean to cover shipping, handling, and insurance to send your replacement appliance to you. Repair or servicing of defective appliances is not offered.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please contact us immediately upon receipt for any damage or missing shipments. If we are not contacted within 2 business days of your receipt of the damaged items, or no more than 3 business days of the expected delivery date, we will not accept responsibility for refunding the item.
