Thank you for contacting customer service. We understand the increase cost of goods across the country is upsetting but I can assure you we have not raised our prices in 20 years. Our original Classic cleansing conditioner in the 16oz and 32oz size is on our website and has remained the same price of $32.00 and $58.00. We do sell higher level treatment based cleansing conditioners, styling products and skin care that Chaz created to help deliver even more nourishing ingredients for better results in meeting our customer needs.
We do strive to make our customers happy and we can suggest checking out the options through QVC, as they have the products at a discounted rate. We also send our customers email promotions to provide discounts and sales, recently adding our Clearance section on our Chaz Dean website.
Also, our recommendation on the shelf life of our WEN products is approximately two years after the date of opening, even more depending on how it is stored. When not in use, we recommend storing WEN products in a cool, dry place to maximize shelf life.
Even after it is open, there would not be a reason you cannot use it unless you have found the consistency, scent or quality has changed.
