I've been using WEN products since early 2000's and the products never disappoint. This is no exception. A light mist I use after drying hair which gives a little bit of body and control to my fine hair. Never sticky or tacky. Can also use on wet hair as well. All of WEN products are pricey, but worth every cent. Thanks Chaz
