I have always loved Wen products. My hair feels like silk. I will never use anything but Wen. It smells so good .

I ordered 2 gallons of cleanser on 12/1 for Christmas presents. Wen charged my card on 12/2. No info on when would be shipped. I emailed them on 12/11 asking status and asking if not being shipped soon, how can I cancel and get a refund. I did receive an email back same day and said warehouse is experiencing high volumes and would contact them for the status of order. No response on how to cancel and get refund. Not like I spent a couple dollars but a couple hundred. Have not heard anything back and not shipped out yet. DO NOT ORDER…will get charged but no product. Been using Wen for years but not again. Thought better of Chaz and his business ethics watching him on QVC…he is good at being a sales person but does not mention he does not ship his products and just takes their money when you buy directly from his website. If you want to order, do it off QVC..at least they take your money and give you the product and will give you customers support. No phone number to even call from his website…now I know why. Should have listened to other reviews with the same thing happening to them. Would give zero review but will not let me.
