United StatesI had high hopes for this item due my love of other Wen products, but this cleansing treatment has a very strong menthol smell and I’ve noticed that when I’m applying it to my hair that it is causing my hair to fall out. I’ve never had a problem with hair loss before but now with every wash I’m getting around 5-10 hairs falling out during application.
