The items I ordered were seasonal formulas with more fruity scents and what I received was the classic pack. I would NOT have paid any amount for this shipment as I do not like the classic formulas, I will use a few of the seasonal formulas which I was under the impression I was ordering :( Your website was very misleading!!!

United StatesI have been using WEN for years and because of it, my hair is always so healthy. I have thick (a lot) of fine hair and traditional shampoo and conditioner can leave my hair hard to comb through making me have to put in extra conditioner and/or leave in conditioner which will weight it down. With WEN, I jump out of the shower, and I am not a tangled mess - my hair is perfectly conditioned, and it is always easy to brush right through. This is the first time I have experimented with different fragrances and so far, I really like them. I even got my sister-in-law hooked on WEN. I stayed at her house recently, so I packed a new bottle to use and left it for her - she is now in love with it too.
