United StatesI gave it 2 stars instead of one because my hair is clean. I’ve used this brand before, but not this specific product. After cleansing and conditioning my hair felt thick and full, but it had a strange texture that was not soft and shiny. It felt gummy. I played with different amounts of conditioner but it didn’t help. Disappointed.
