United StatesI understand that not contains synthetic fragrance does not mean it will be unscented. I contacted customer service prior to purchasing to see if it has any scent. I was told no. I never got ti try the product because it has an overwhelming menthol scent. I’m talking hit you in the face, stuck in your nose menthol scent. Think extra strong scented Vicks Vapor Rub. If this is made for sensitive people they need to rethink this formula.

Our Fragrance Free means there are no additional fragrance from a perfumer added but you might smell a hint of the nourishing ingredients of extracts and essential oils that make the cleansing conditioner keeping it rich in vitamins, minerals, with eleven amino acids and this cleansing conditioner combines our antioxidant rich four-tea complex with nourishing bamboo waters to help protect and repair your hair. Since everyone has a different sense of smell and being such a personal choice, we do have a 30 day return policy on our Chaz Dean website if a customer ends up not liking it. USGreat product! Conditions hair without buildup leaving my hair soft, flowing and manageable! The Unscented bamboo formula still has a pleasant fragrance but not anything over powering. My mom got me started on all the Wen Products years ago and her hair always shined with beauty!
