I use this instead of hairspray.
I am a long-term Wen user. I have used the mists (maybe ten years ago) with entirely different results. It used to soften my hair, provide volume and give life to my waves. This now feels like I'm spraying a fine mist of superglue all over my head. I thought something was wrong, so I tested three different cleansers (2 Wen and 1 Kerastase), wet and dry hair, blow dry, and air dry. All with such terrible results, my entire head turned into a matted disaster that took another shower, a deep conditioning mask, and nearly an hour to pick out the tangles. I had also ordered the 316 mist and tried that with the same results. I wonder if my bottle is defective.
Hello Kari, I wanted to share some information about the Volumizing Treatment Spray. The Volumizing Treatment Spray was designed to provide volume, body and shine to your hair. When applied to wet hair, you can spray it directly on your roots, or you can add it to your Styling Creme or Mousse for volume, body and shine, and when you spray it on dry hair, it will give shine and - what you have experienced-hold. To soften your hair, provide volume, and give life to your waves, use Chaz's line of Replenishing Treatment Mists, or Restorative Treatment Mists- you will find these in all of the fragrance lines, even Sweet Almond Mint! Give it a try, you will realize the result that you were looking for in the Sweet Almond Mint Replenishing Treatment Mist.
I love how this product adds volume to my hair.
I absolutely love it!!
