The problem with the full process is I asked for a possibly getting a small sample so I wouldn’t have to spend almost $100 to find out if I would like it. He said your company doesn’t produce samples which I think is probably all part of your effort to make people have to spend that much money. I think it’s shameful.

United StatesThis perfume was manufactured 09/2016. I was actually sent an item that is almost 6 years old. Yuck!
Hi Patrice, Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We'd like to send you more information about your review. WEN products have a two-year shelf life from the date of opening, not the date of production. Beginning in 2019, we discontinued including manufacturing dates on our products since it tended to confuse our clients, and too many people were concerned that the production date was the same as the expiration date. The manufacture date has no bearing on the product's performance or longevity, and a product manufactured in 2015 will not perform any differently than one manufactured in 2019. The batch numbers and codes on the bottle are for our product development to reference, and we recommend storing WEN products in a cold, dry place when not in use to maximize shelf life. USI absolutely love the Bamboo Green Tea scent and am extremely excited about this perfume. I get compliments on it daily. Thanks for giving us something we can wear throughout our day besides the scent of the wonderful cleanser.
