STEP 1

Rinse hair and dispense appropriate amount of WEN for your hair length. Apply through hair, adding a splash of water to help distribute.

STEP 2

Massage thoroughly into you hair and leave in 3-5 minutes.

STEP 3

Rinse your hair completely, until the water runs clear.

STEP 4

Apply a small amount back into your hair as a leave-in conditioner to mid-shaft and ends.

I love the product and I will keep purchasing this product, however this time (I’ve purchased this several times) the cleansing conditioner came with the top loose and product spilled out. I made the company aware. I was hoping I’d get some sort of compensation, but instead I got a response that basically said thanks for making us aware. Love the product, but this time customer service was less than great.
