USHave used this daily, for many years now, since it was first created. I spray on, after applying a small amount of Cleansing Conditioner as a leave in treatment, to freshly cleansed wet hair. Lightly massage it into the hair and use fingertips and a pick to lift hair up before it dries. Adds wonderful volume and lift to very fine hair!!!!! Lasts all day and night. Rarely need any touch ups. No stickiness or gummy residue. Thank You Chaz for creating so many clean and effective products! So appreciate you and your work. Many Blessings
