I use it once a week usually on one of the nights before my early morning gym class, that way after my class I go home and wash my hair. This product helps my hair stay healthy and I’ve noticed since I started using not just Chaz deans hair cleanse products, but this and the replenish mist and one of the treatment foams my hair doesn’t feel dry and it doesn’t get as greasy when I go 3-4 days without washing my hair.
