STEP 1

Rinse hair and dispense appropriate amount of WEN for your hair length. Apply through hair, adding a splash of water to help distribute.

STEP 2

Massage thoroughly into you hair and leave in 3-5 minutes.

STEP 3

Rinse your hair completely, until the water runs clear.

STEP 4

Apply a small amount back into your hair as a leave-in conditioner to mid-shaft and ends.

Order was lost for weeks and out of 319 when finally filled

I was a first time buyer and now probably last as I ordered 3 items during the sale. I wanted for two - three weeks before I inquired as to my order when I was informed that it somehow was overlooked. The order was then filled but by the the actual item you are asking me to review wa not sent due to being out of stock. This was not a smooth process and I am very unsatisfied with the whole experience. When I buy something I don’t expect to have to have multiple additional contacts to find out the status of my order much less to then be told “we are out of that product” and on top of that you are asking for a review of that same out of stock product. This has been incredibly disappointing all around experience. Makes me sad as I really wanted to try the 3-19 product. And get away from traditional shampoo. Oh well, I am sure others have much better experiences.

So great!

Smells amazing and my hair feels great! I absolutely love Wen. Always have. Just recently tried the 3-19 line and I love it! I use one pump with my first wash in addition to whichever scent of the regular Wen I'm currently using, and one pump for the second. Works great and lovely results!

Love my hair

I love this product, my hair is so healthy and getting that from one product is amazing. I have coarse hair that requires a lot of conditioner just to combat after my shower. This product washes and conditions all in one. I would recommend it to anyone.
