STEP 1

Nice fragrance, but not for fine hair.

The products that say "Apply to soaking wet hair" never work for me. There are other fragrances in the Wen line I really like though.

Still have not received my mousse

The website said it was shipped on the 17th of august. I have received no mousse yet. I have called and left messages and asked for a call back but no response. If the package was sent first class it should be here by now. Customer service seems nonexistent. Please help.
