United StatesI sent an email a couple weeks ago regarding my delivery and I have not heard anything back. First of all, the product didn't arrive for 3 weeks. Then, when it did arrive, the seal was broken and the cap. I felt I should let the company know. I attempted to call the number on their website at least 5 times. Each time I would press the button to get to customer service it would go nowhere. No one picked up the phone and there was no way to leave a message. I just think some type of communication or response to my issue should be given. I've been purchasing the product for over 3 years now and do love it but the customer service piece is lacking. I look forward to hearing back from someone. Thank you.
